What we do

We strategically identify and purchase distressed residential properties in growing and expanding communities and neighborhoods, renovate them, using our trusted partners, to the highest level of quality to then sell them with attractive profits and returns or hold on to the property for long term rental with positive and competitive cash flows.

We provide investment opportunities to those with the excess liquidity but neither have the time nor the expertise to manage all aspects related to real estate investing and offer them attractive returns and portfolio diversification for their invested capital.

We also provide guidance and assistance to those individuals willing to invest in real estate but lack the expertise or knowledge to do so and we guide them throughout the process.

Real estate investors enjoy many tax benefits, including tax breaks and deductions, especially if they treat their real estate investments as a business.The IRS allows investors to deduct expenses involved in their real estate business if they can prove material participation. It’s important to talk to your tax advisor to see if these benefits apply to you. The expenses you may be eligible to deduct include the following:
